Earl Pastko

Earl Pastko  –  His background in theatre is 35 years deep. Originally from Chicago, he moved to Toronto in 1985. Since arriving he has had a steady career in theatre, film and television. Film work includes as Harley Otis in Atom Egoyan’s ‘The Sweet Hereafter’; as the artist in Jeremy Podeswa’s ‘Eclipse’; as the hotel detective in David Weaver’s ‘Century Hotel’; and as Satan in Bruce McDonald’s ‘Highway 61’. He has also worked with George A. Romero (‘Land of the Dead’); Eugene Levy (‘Sodbusters’); and Roger Christian (‘Masterminds’ & ‘Battlefield Earth’) amongst many others.

Some notable TV appearances include ‘Street Legal’, ‘Lonesome Dove’, ‘Poltergeist’, ‘Stargate’, ‘Once A Thief’, ‘Lexx’, ‘The Eleventh Hour’, ‘This Is Wonderland’, and ‘Murdoch Mysteries’.
Extensive work in theatre with noted theatre directors Ken McDougall, Paul Bettis, Alexander Hausvater, Brian Quirt, Vikki Anderson, Morris Panych, & Jason Byrne.
Earl will be teaching “Acting, The Essentials” with Babak Payami and will be available for personal coaching and mentoring.
