We are currently working on Blurred Vision’s podcast for their debut album “Organized Insanity”. Everyone at the studio loves the album, but I personally have a special relation to it as the name of the album is similar to a tattoo on my left arm. One thing I’m very happy about is that “Dear John” is included in the album. Terry Brown was mentioning that Dear John is a love song to John Lennon and I completely agree with that. I’ve been jamming that song for a year now and I can’t love it enough. I even sat Sepp in my car and played the tune to prove to him how much I love it. Another song included in the album that came out earlier this year is “No More War”. I’ve probably heard this song a million times. The band always emphasizes on peace and love among nations. In fact half of all ticket sales of their release party will benefit “Imagine There is No Hunger” campaign, an annual effort led by NYC charity whyHunger Yoko Ono Lennon and Hard Rock international.
Blurred Vision is a mesmerizing band. Every time they play live emotions start flying in my soul. I remember we had an outdoor event at Imagisti and the band was playing. When they started, everyone in the neighbourhood rubbernecked out of their windows to enjoy the music. BV is all about music, pure music. I’m just as excited about the release of the album as they are. This album has been worked on for years with love and passion.
As a huge fan of Rock N Roll I can’t wait for the release party. The album release event is at Toronto’s beautiful Hard Rock Cafe on Nov 23rd and Organized Insanity will be out on Nov 25th.
You are more than welcome to comment under my blog and discuss the album, or tell me about your love to rock music.
